Throughout spheres charity missions stilted upon good, people trek out self-serving intentions. Festering botulism of hate, wolves masking as sheep.
When challenged on their missions of good with manifest discriminatory practices, inequitable service, exclusionary tactics negatively impacting communities in most need, they bulk with offense. Yet, records show communities historically underserved, underrepresented, and denied support as well as resources, last for consideration. They shrug their shoulders hoisting shield of intended good.
If you dare expose the hate, bigotry, self-righteous thinking, they claim to know what is best for communities they deny seats at tables of planning and development, divvied up in their name. These do-gooders will wield a sword claiming all they have done for those in need. Claiming the suffering of others as ungrateful, animals, sub-humans in their groveling.
It is ironic witnessing so-called leaders in service wrapping themselves up as martyrs while barely able to conceal their hypocritical entitlement, twisted arrogance sprinkled with a savior complex.
Let us remind ourselves, Hearts that have not resolved their deep alignment with dominant power dynamics are just as corrupt as the devil smiling to your face my friend. Just know in the end when confronted with truth, the Devil is the lie. Bring them into the light.
